Empowered Community Development Corporation, Inc. (Empowered CDC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which operates as a BIPOC led collective of community advocates serving the working class communities of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Founded by Steve Young & The Honorable State Representative Regina Young, We rose out of a necessity to organize low-income, hardworking families to collaborate for community improvement and growth.
